Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a very light touch modality, working with lymphatic flow to decrease inflammation and support waste removal.
Most sessions are done entirely face up with focused treatment to the neck, upper chest and belly/abdomen. MLD consists of "skin stretching” and rhythmic movements to aid in the movement of stagnant fluid, detoxify the soft-tissues, flush metabolic waste, and help maintain a healthy immune system.
MLD is great for anxiety, PTSD, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, migraines, immune system support, inflammation reduction and general wellness and relaxation.
